10 FREE things you can do to support the Art Center

1) Tell your friends and neighbors about the Art Center. Send them a link to our web site.

2) Invite friends and neighbors to the exhibits, Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoons; or encourage them to view the current exhibit on our website.
 
3) Share your artistic gifts and enter your work in the Art Center's many shows.
 
4) Contribute photos and articles for our website and newsletter.
 
5) Reach out to young artists by participating in the Art Center's summer programs for school age children.
 
6) Participate in organizing fundraising events for the Art Center.
 
7) Volunteer to be a docent and help Art Center visitors learn about our exhibits.
 
8) Assist in recruiting corporate sponsors from our local business community.
 
9) Support other Southern Maryland art programs and tell them about the Mattawoman Creek Art Center.
 
10) Join fellow members, meet exhibiting artists, and invite friends and family to come with you to the free opening receptions for EVERY show.

Admission to the Art Center Exhibits and Shows is FREE but your donations are always welcome.
